NB: there will be a series of cuts to the Haydn Concerto:
CUT 1 - orchestra begins at m. 35
CUT 2 - cut from m. 114 to 173 (which is a two-measures piano solo), then orchestra enters at 175
CUT 3 - cadenza is cutting straight to A7 arpeggios, and is extremely brief
