Planning Ahead: Loving Your Family Well . . . Before You Die

If the doctor told you to "get your affairs in order," do you know what that means, specifically? Are your affairs in order? Have you made sufficient preparation for your own death that your family will feel well-loved when you are gone? If your spouse or other family member died, do you know where all of the financial and business information is?  Contact information for attorney, financial advisor, etc.? Where are the passwords you'll need?  Subscriptions and accounts to close? What about the location of valuable papers? Are there things the deceased knew how to do around the house that you don't?  Have they given any suggestions for their memorial service?
